ENR 1.11 ADDRESSING OF FLIGHT PLAN MESSAGES

 
Flight plans and associated ATS messages shall be addressed as stated below to warrant correct relay and delivery. Addressing procedures are described in ICAO Doc 4444 / PANS-ATM and IFPS Users Manual.
